In response to China's "The Belt and Road" initiative and promote the internationalization and standardized development of ERCP diagnosis and treatment level, the training base of the China Academy of Digestive Endoscopy (the First Hospital of Lanzhou University) and the training base of digestive endoscopy physicians of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association (the First Hospital of Lanzhou), China National ERCP Technical Talents Standardized Training Base (the First Hospital of Lanzhou), the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, General Surgery Department, and Surgical Endoscopy Center of the First University of Lanzhou jointly organized "The Belt and Road" countries·China Academic Forum on Minimally Invasive Technology of Surgical Endoscopy and the 37th Western China ERCP/EUS "Hands-on" Advanced Training Courses were successfully held on 13^th May, 2021.

8 trainees from 6 provinces across China participated in this training. At the same time, more than 50 endoscopy doctors from 11 countries all over the world participated in the forum online simultaneously.
